Our warehousing is from Lahore and Karachi.

It normally takes 5-7 working days to deliver all across Pakistan. Sometime it may take little longer due to strikes, public holidays etc.

When your order is dispatched, we send you an email informing regarding your order dispatch. You will receive a tracking link in that email. Simply click on that tracking link to track your order.

Shopping for your home should be fun, so don’t be afraid! If an item isn’t the perfect match, return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging.

This does NOT apply to made-to-order items. Some items are not eligible for a return.

There is a 10% cancellation fee to cover transaction processing costs if we process a cancellation.

You can choose between a refund in store credit or a refund to your original payment method.

Homsstore does not cover the cost for return shipping. As soon as we receive the return from you to our warehouse, we will begin to process the return which will take 7 business days.

We know how frustrating this situation can be. We will issue you a brand new item once we confirm the item was defective. If the item is to be returned, shipping costs are to be covered by us.

Please inform regarding damaged item on the contact details given below within 3 days of receiving the parcel.

You will be required to send the images of the damaged items on the contact details given below. Our CSR will get in touch with you within 24 working hours to register your complaint.

We will process your damaged item complaint within next 48 working hours.

We apologise for your less than perfect experience.

You can return the shipment on the return address provided on your parcel slip. Make sure to pack the items correctly in same packing materials as was delivered

.We will process your return within 2 business days of us receiving the product. 

If you can include a tracking number for us for the return the package, it will make it easier for us to ensure your return is processed as soon as possible! We do not cover costs for return shipping.

Return timeframes depend on how soon you are able to ship the products and when we receive them.

ORDER PROCESSING

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

You will be able to add the items as long as they are available and in stock. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart, hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.

Our handling time usually takes about 2-3 business days and then the orders are handed over to our shipping partners. It normally takes 5-7 working days to deliver all across Pakistan.
