Returns & Exchanges
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt and made within 7 days from the date of purchase. If you do not have your receipt, we can look up the purchase using either your Online Order number or Mobile number used to make the purchase.
We want you to love what you buy. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will help you find the item that’s right for you. We do not accept returns, only exchange is possible for the time being or a Merchandise Credit Note can be issued which can be used later to shop from our website.
General Exchange Rules
- Shipping, delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
- All gift cards are non-refundable.
- Whenever a Merchandise Credit is issued, customers will be asked to provide the Merchandise Credit Note number.
Instructions for Exchange to our Processing Center
Please follow the steps below to complete your return:
- Circle the item you wish to exchange on the bottom copy of your original packing invoice form.
- Choose a reason for the Exchange from the back of the invoice and enter its number next to your circled item.
- Pack your return securely
- Dispatch the package at our exchange processing warehouse i.e. 15-B Divine Gardens, Near Metro C&C, Airport Road, Lahore Cantt, LAHORE
General Conditions Applicable For Exchange
Exchange must be dispatched to us within 7 working days of receiving the order.
- Items sent to us for exchange must be unused, all tags and packing intact.
- It is customers' responsibility to pack the product in such packing that it must reach us in its original condition and must be undamaged.
- All products sent to us for exchange must be sent through Registered Mail / Courier so that it can be traceable in case of items lost in transit.
